Santana and his music - How It All basic

As high as you can fly the flag of Mexico, so does Carlos Santana can shoot in the rock music scene. Carlos Santana has been an icon from the latter part of the 1960s, along with his band, Santana. Broke new ground in the combination of music, salsa, jazz and rock. The highlight of the band's music was toned guitar lines, jazzy alongside Latin beats with rare percussion such as timbales and congas in music rock. Went on to make this kind of music for decades. Santana passed through a revival of his fame during the late 1990s. In 2003, was 15th in the list of Rolling Stone Magazine 100 greatest guitarists of all time. Santana has 10 Grammys and three Latin Grammys.

Santana learned to play the violin when he was five years old, the guitar when he was eight years old.As a young boy, Ritchie Valens greatly inspired him during the time when there was little Latin pop music and rock in América.Un famous guitarist from Tijuana, Mexico, called Javier Batiz is believed to be master of guitar Santana, who trained him how to play different modes of guitar solos.

When they moved to San Francisco, California, Santana was able to see their idols, particularly from b. b. King, tap vivo.También met several new inspirations in music, folk and jazz and saw the growing hippie movement centered in San Francisco during the 1960s. started the Santana blues band in 1966, along with other street musicians, Gregg Rolie (keyboardist) and David Brown (bass).
